The place lacks in so many areas. - lacking immensely in the duty of care for clients. - some extremely degrading staff - no respect for clients and their individual situation - AOD brought on-site at-least weekly, with staff lacking skills to support the individuals impacted around it. - groups run irregularly - communication between staff and clients is low, even when decisions gravely impact the clients. If you have a STRONG willingness to recover and need a place to stay in order to be semi-away from a substance it might accommodate, but would not recommend for individuals in a great need of help.

Called up on a Monday morning to find out what the wait time is for a friend who’s in serious of need of help and was told to call back on Wednesday or Friday to speak to someone who actually knew anything. What’s the point of having an office to call if no one knows anything that is helpful? Meant to be 24/7 help but only available on 2 days.
