Booked in to do a course, 90 min commute, just for them to tell me they don’t know what I’m talking about, eventually offer me a refund, still waiting on my money , massive waste of time

I stayed at this rehab for 30 days and had an amazing experience. Special shout out to support worker Pete for all of your help and support.

Completely ill-equiped to handle any kind of serious addiction, no access to IV no actual doctors in residence and sent my client to hospital in critical condition, dehydrated and dry detoxed, after suggesting they could handle most things and gave no pain relieve for what turned out to be a serious infection. I knew more about addiction in my late teens than these guys. To top it off they're trying to bill us for the ambulance, after 3 days of negligence 🚑 Do not go here, you may die. They also tried to keep the entire gap fee (8k) for 2.5 days of nothing.

Rubbish service, one plan for all care certainly not individualised. I was denied proper care leading me to walk out and seek help elsewhere, I’m now currently 5 months clean no thanks to Arrow. Pseudoscience of Charkras were common and they’re only certified as a hospital up to 9 patients. Staff was poor except for some nurses. They prey on the vulnerable, they seem lovely on the phone but once you’re in, it goes down hill from there. They also attempted to prevent me from leaving. All in all, avoid.

My son has returned from being in the care of your facility. He has a better understanding of himself and has learnt how to manage his stress levels. I'm very impressed by your company. With the programs and counselling provided him, he is determined to get himself back to a normal life. To realise that he wasn't alone in his addiction meant so very much. I cannot thank you enough for the answer to our prayers!

I referred a my best mate to Arrow Health as we didn’t know what to do, just that he needed rehab ASAP. It was a really difficult time for me and his mates and dealing with addiction is not something we knew anything about. The family program gave us real education and understanding about addiction, along with practical tools to help in a good way. rehabilitation is a hard road but Arrow helps get him started. and they helped his friends understand how to be part of it. I’m very grateful and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with addiction, directly or indirectly.

Family member arrived and was put into a bedroom with clumps of black hair in the shower. Family member had a horrendous near death experience at Arrow Health. Rushed to Hospital 3 times, facility failed to manage pain for an acute situation.. Arrived at Hospital and was told by a Doctor, family member was medically neglected. Arrow denied events and commonly dismissed events from my family member and many others. Many patients leave early, and staff turnover is high. Family member walked into another rehab the next day and is now thriving. Requested to be refunded the last weeks fees in lieu of lack of care and facility requested to revert to contract and a refund was not forthcoming. The only positive was a great family counsellor...Julie?
