Fantastic Experience with Jonathan Ford :) I recently had a back injury at work and it was very bad. I was exhausted mentally and physically and the condition was becoming worse. One day, out of nowhere, Jonathan Ford came in contact with me and became the backbone in my recovery journey. He gave me hope to overcome the challenges, guiding me through every aspect of my rehabilitation. By communicating clearly with my workplace, insurance, and other parties involved, and by going above and beyond, he provided me power to take care of myself. His friendly and professional approach made the process comfortable and effective. I would highly recommend Ascent Rehabilitation if you are someone who really need help with your recovery journey. :)

Would highly recommend anyone dealing with Damian Quiesser record all conversations etc. He was caught out when working in Brisbane for reporting to an employer that their employee said something totally different. It was thanks to a recording that they were able to prove he misrepresented the truth which was detrimental to the employee and their injury.

My experience with ascent rehab was amazing, John and his team went above and beyond to help me. Not only with an extremely professional and very talented at what they do. They made me feel like a friend and very comfortable. Jonathan was always there to answer any questions or any issues. I was having even if it was related to cace. I couldn’t recommend I sent Rehab enough.

I have been looked after by Megan Spavins from Ascent Rehabilitation for injuries I sustained in a car accident last year. Before Megan was assigned to my case, I was trying to coordinate my rehabilitation myself. This is tricky enough at the best of times, let alone when you're injured. The difference Megan has made to my recovery has been remarkable. She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and very well connected. She has smashed through road blocks, untangled red tape and taken so much of the load. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone and can't thank her enough for all her help.

Edit: Director has been proactive in trying to amend issue, I appreciate how my injury is currently being managed. Still some trust issues after initial experience, but want to give a fair rating. The stress this place has caused my partner after an already traumatic injury is bad enough that I have bothered to leave my first ever google review. Take from that what you will.
