Outstanding experience at Coastal Rehab. I received Photobiomodulation (PBMT) delivered using the MLS laser to soften muscle tissue and reduce inflammation in the tissue and bursa. My treatment focused first on my IT band, and then on my shoulder. The results were incredible—I felt instant relief, and the outcome totally exceeded my expectations. Having suffered with Neuropathy in both feet for some years & having tried all "supposed cures" from creams, sprays & socks...nothing worked. It was then in early 2025, that my GP suggested I give Coastal Rehab Hub at Erina NSW a try, as they used a non-invasive Laser treatment, developed by Kate Perkins the Owner, ably supported by Caitlin Hobday.. I was at the point of trying anything to get rid of the tingling & pain in both feet; so, first appointment made, during which I was told not to expect wonders overnight. However, I persevered & as visit followed visit I gradually found an increasing improvement in pain levels until now, I no longer suffer from any form of discomfort in my feet from Neuropathy. Yesterday I had a treatment with you on my left hip and adductor muscle. I have had pain in my hip and leg for about 7 years after breaking my left leg. Last night I did not have pain while I slept and this morning I went for a long walk and there was no pain, I can actually lift my left leg up to walk up stairs normally.
