Sharon has built a team of the most caring people at Eastside. Staff make you feel truly seen and heard in a way that is part of who they are, its not just a job for them.

My experience at Eastside was fantastic. From my first meeting until the end of my treatment the staff treated me like a family member and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and get me back on track. Couldn't rate highly enough. Five stars plus!!

I cannot speak more highly of the staff and services at Eastside Recovery!! All of the staff are so passionate about their work and helping people. The mental health system is, often painfully, complex and this is a service that actually hits the mark, fills the gaps properly and is done with the utmost respect, care, effort and meeting everyone wherever they may be at. Such a wonderfully caring team at Eastside Recovery, this centre is such an asset to the community. All staff are so supportive and empathetic, making TMS treatment as comfortable as possible. I cannot thank everyone enough, reception staff always so positive and friendly, the nurses are so kind and professional, psychiatrist is wonderful and knowledgeable and Sharon runs the practise with such compassion and friendliness. I recommend to anyone needing TMS, cannot fault this facility and the staff in any way.

The staff were so caring and welcoming. They all really cared about helping the clients. They were all very knowledgeable and offered more than just treatment or therapy but understanding and no judgement. They really helped me at a time when I felt like I was being let down by the system. I would highly recommend this service.
