Started 2 weeks ago of detoxing with Doc Vlan has just started to help and my partner and is super understanding and supportive. The reception staff are super helpful, unprejudiced and easy to contact and communicate with, thanks guys :)

A place where you are expected to make a decision to undertake a naltrexone implant whilst you are not in an appropriate state of mind. Supposedly you can afford it as you can pay 5 dollars a week. Dr not willing to listen to patient questions. Simply want to enure that they make their thousands of dollars. You are not worth anything to the overall organisation. Simply $$ Natrexone implants are considered experimental everywhere else in the world and not permitted in some places. Don't consider this a rehab facility. No learning opportunities or opportunities to understand you reasons for substance abuse.

Great lace for help with addictions if it wasn't for these ppl I would be dead for sure. Be truthfully and tell the doctor what you need to feel.beter ..YOU CAN DO IT REAL LIFE STARTS AT FRESH START IF YOU BAVE THE WILL TO GET OFF SUBSTANC3S. GOOD LUCK

Ive been a patient of Freshstart for 20 years next month. George Oneil and all the past and present staff are absolutely amazing. They have been there in my most Darkest moments in life . I have had 25 plus implants over the years and go there every 3 months for a top up. I recently spent 3 nights in the Detox inpatient facility and the staff were exceptional. I got admitted on the same day with no fuss. The food was fantastic cooked by Volunteers aswell as Volunteer drivers and Carers who give there time to help others. Thankyou to all and Merry Christmas.

I booked an appointment over the phone I had not been there in 7 years. The women didn't bother to take any details but my name and was in a hurry to get me of the phone. So I drove up from dawesville which is 40ks south of mandurah. To arrive and be told they had cancelled my appointment. And earliest they could get me in then was another week away.. to me not taking the time to speak with somebody on the phone shows she didn't care much and for the fact that fuel prices a day off work all really added up. when I thought I was going to be walking away with help. All of this added to my mental health. Places like this should have people working for them with compassion and empathy and they should be experienced workers
