I’ve dealt with a lot of services over the years and this was the first place where I actually felt understood instead of judged. The level of care, support and professionalism from the team is honestly next level. A massive thank you to Asthi, Amy, Silv and Jodie. Every one of them brought something different to my recovery and all played a huge part in helping me get back on track. You can tell they actually care about people, not just doing a job. They made some really hard days manageable and always treated me with respect. The environment is welcoming, the program is structured properly and the support doesn’t just stop once you leave. You feel like people genuinely want to see you win in life again. Recovery is hard, but having the right people around you makes all the difference. Couldn’t recommend The Hader Clinic highly enough.

The Hader clinic has supported me through an extremely difficult time of my life. Through working the program I have learnt tools and skills to cope with the life problems without having to turn to drugs or alcohol. I’ve learnt to sit with my emotions in a healthy way. I’ve made connections with people at Hader clinic I will call friends for the rest of my life. Hader clinic has given me another chance at life.

I am so grateful for been given the opportunity to come to The Hader Clinic. The staff are amazing and have helped me and continue to help me. The program has taught me so much about my self and how to manage life without substances. if anyone is struggling with addiction I highly recommend coming to The Hader Clinic.

I can’t speak highly enough of the staff at Hader. From the admissions process (thanks Silv) to the moment I walked through the doors, I felt supported, respected and cared for. The staff go above and beyond for you. The environment is welcoming, the program is structured and effective, and the level of care from the clinicians, support workers and management team is outstanding. Recovery is never easy, but having the right people around you makes all the difference, and The Hader Clinic creates that environment. What really stood out to me was how invested the team is in long-term outcomes, not just getting people through the door. The aftercare support and genuine compassion shown to clients and families is something special. If you or someone you love is struggling, I would absolutely recommend The Hader Clinic. It changes lives.

not sure what the inside or the nursing team is like, I never set or was prepared to drive 2 hrs to find out as the admin person I got was rude and disgusting, if she is sick and tired of her job maybe another career would be the go. I had been in custom service all my life and would never have spoken to anyone the way she treated me. Front of house is encouragement and I certainly didnt get that!!

Avoid❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️Unprofessional ex pateint Worker got in my face and kicked me out while visiting my wife as there was a family incident instead of deescalation he made matters worse without knowing what happened which is unprofessional and disrespectful

Recovery coaches and nurses were really really good. Unfortunately the management was terrible. Despite declaring bankruptcy Richard Smith is still silently in management and delivers lectures. I got put in several dangerous situations with patients driving buses etc. Whilst I was there an individual was paroled into Hader and subsequently escaped. Exercise was very limited. I was promised follow up outpatient communication which never came. I really am glad I achieved sobriety and have remained so after 70 days and counting. Some lessons were very beneficial but the management was just so poor. Very reactive putting out spot fires almost every day and lack of proper procedures. I wouldn’t go back if I needed. Really do your homework on this place.
