Hader clinic has saved my life an i appeciate everything they have done for me,

As a loved one of someone who has attended the 12week residential program and the transitional housing program, I feel very grateful for the holistic support, environment, and family support provided at all times. So very thankful that a place was available in that small window of time when there was an acknowledgement of needing help. Still early days but I definitely feel I made the right choice in Hader Clinic Queensland.

The Hader Clinic have been excellent, with a great treatment facility and ongoing communication and assistance when it's needed. The family coordinators run very helpful and informative sessions for families in similar situations. We always felt very supported. Our son did the 3-month treatment plan at the Araluen centre and, without exaggeration it's totally changed his life. Opportunities that were only a dream prior to his rehab are now a reality. He is loving life again as the best version of himself. Words can't express our gratitude to all Hader staff who had a hand in his recovery. Highly recommended!

This clinic is very over priced for what is offered. I spent 8 weeks in the clinic , the program is a great concept however people are not treated as individual cases, what is advertised is not provided, the staff are not medically trained or trained in mental health issues. I saw many clients leave due to medication errors with adverse effects, communication with and interaction with allied health for medical issues are near to non existent. Having multiple health issues I was told that my symptoms were all in my head and I wasn’t trying hard enough in engaging in the program. Communication between staff, clients and outside family and support personnel is inconsistent. Having noted that people had previously died at the clinic I have now experienced how this is possible. It is unacceptable and dangerous ! Dealing with clients that are dealing with life or death addictions this is a poor excuse for a clinic. I was verbally and physically abused by staff and other clients and non were taken seriously no action was taken. It’s sad as some staff pour their heart out and do work really hard but staff values and practices are not consistent. The clients support the clients . I really don’t know what you are paying for. For a private clinic it is money hungry. You don’t even have clean chairs and tables that support you and provide space for learning and eating. The list could go on. Just do your research before you commit as they do not refund you. After posting this post I was contacted by the CEO and bullied into taking this comment down after a 45min telephone call I was forced to hang up on the CEO as I was being bullied , negative consequences such as I was putting further people at risk of loosing their life was imposed on me trying to make me feel guilty. After further thought on the matter I realised some staff where on a power trip whilst others were trying to genuinely help you, the staff with a passion to help and heal were ostracised by the head office and both staff and patients were belittled. In some situations clients were put under unnecessary stress regarding their family and legal situations . Clients were punished into sharing when not ready to open up about personal affairs. Only punishment was received by clients and no praise on the positive accounts. This facility does not promote positive growth but enforces punishment on negative behaviour only. Unnecessarily stress is placed on clients, family matters are not addressed when cut off from the outside world. None of this is disclosed in the information prior to signing up. Please do your research if you are unable to access protocol, information about facility and evidence of practice and treatment then do not sign up. I saw at least 90 people go through the door when i was there and to the amount of comments on this site The ratio is poor. People are bullied into either no review or rephrasing their reviews due to company influence. Please please do your research before coming here .

Hadar Gympie changed my life. The program was tough and I needed it. The facilitator and support staff have walked the walk so who better to talk the talk to a recovering addict like myself. It’s the only program that tackles all aspects of recovery including mental health and most importantly the 12 steps. It introduced me to the NA and AA Program and even more importantly it introduced me to who I am without a substance. Saved my life and that’s no bullshit!

Can't thank hader and the team enough, every one would be lucky to have a support worker rosie and a nurse mikaela in there life. I got bail from jail after serving 2 years with the help of hader and the team i was the first person to do a 6 month program because of hader and NA iv been shown a better way of life and can't wait to see what the future brings

I really enjoyed my time at this place. The staff were always accommodating and friendly and were always down for a chat if felt down and blue. I couldn’t recommend this place more if a friend or family member needed AOD support. Big thanks to all the staff and nurses that got me through the tough times of rehab.
