Malvern Private Drug & Alcohol Detox Rehab Hospital

I’ll forever be in debt to this amazing program. From the cleaners to the therapists to the nurses, everyone was amazing and I’ll recommend this facility to anyone struggling with addiction.

I entered Malvern Private Hospital as a hopeless alcoholic in 2024 . I completed the 28 day program. I am now sober and most grateful to the program and the amazing staff. I cannot recommend Malvern Private highly enough. A special thank you to Jodie my councillor. My life now is abundant filled with joy and gratitude. Thank you Malvern.

Staff were often unavailable, communication was poor, and concerns raised were frequently ignored. This lack of support made recovery more difficult and caused unnecessary stress during an already vulnerable time. Be careful about this clinic they want ur money not ur well being

Choose you rehab place very carefully… You need to consider whether you would like to be secluded for up to 5 weeks. For this rehab - You may have access to a phone for 2mins every day after 4 days. Consider whether this will work for you or your family. As per the intake worker don’t request access to a single room, just suck up your double room. If you get a single room it’s tiny and you have to use group bathrooms 🤮 trust me they smell terrible, they remind me of 60s asbestos. Note your detox will require you to tough it out (with medical help) in your room for up to 4 days. For me there was no entertainment I bought in 5 AA books, 1 was removed for not being consistent with the program. I read the first 2 in my first half a day, then was left to I don’t know stare at a wall??? Unfortunately I will not ever recommend this clinic, however I am sure someone from the clinic will shortly respond trying to discredit my claims. Please take my advice into account - find the right rehab for you.

This place saved my life. Yes it's not perfect and yes they have rules, some of which addicts won't like, but that's the point. 4.5 years sober and ever grateful to MPH

My stepson has gone through the process with great support from a caring staff that go out off there way to help and support him but as parents they are there for us a well highly recommended to anyone needing support and understanding with caring loving staff
