Had a few hiccups with this service previously but as soon as I made it clear with them , everything has changed for me . My new case worker Danielle has been amazing . Also Stef has helped me massively too . I just want to say a big thankyou for changing things around for me when I needed it the most . So I’m grateful to have those 2 that helped me In recovery

Thank you NMCads for all the support you have given my family. This service has been exceptionally supportive and professional, empathetic and a consistent source of encouragement. if you want to change and even if you are not sure try it anyway. Addiction is bigger than us, we can't do it alone.

Cult

I know Martin from attending a few appointments. I found Martin to be very professional and a great support so I am a little bewildered to read a negative review. I think it all boils down to expectations and again I can only praise cads and all the staff for their help

My initial review saying they were sh!t got removed so I'll say it again, there's a man there by the name of Martin who is THE MOST unprofessional, paranoid and rude "nurse" my partner has ever had experience with. He constantly accuses him of "recording the phone calls" even after my partner explains he's not and that it's probably just the echo of his phone and then Martins paranoid thoughts are still not satisfied so he hangs up the phone and goes and tells the doctor lies about my partner. They constantly swap and change appointments without notice which has caused my partner to lose his scripts and medication more than once. Martin needs to get a mental health assessment, he should not be working with vulnerable people AT ALL and everyone else working there need to learn some basic interaction skills. You can not treat people ESPECIALLY vulnerable people who come to a service to get help the way this service does. Absolute joke.
