I’ve always had a great experience with them never any issues. They are always so lovely and friendly whenever I’m in I’ve been seeing them for years and I couldn’t ask for better service. Go elsewhere and do yourself a favor

The reception and staff were generally pleasant, but the nurse I encountered was unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking dignified treatment. The nurse’s behaviour was demeaning and she made inappropriate, invasive questions that were not relevant to my treatment. She stereotyped me based on my profession, which I should have anticipated. In a private facility with such high fees, I expected a better service. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the treatment she suggested, which I have done many times before, she was dismissive and unprofessional. She essentially told me to leave. I would not recommend this clinic. While many staff members were helpful, the nurse’s behaviour was unacceptable. It is important that healthcare professionals are competent and respectful. The nurse’s lack of understanding of her patients and basic common courtesy is concerning. She should not be in a public-facing role, especially in a sensitive area like health care. Her behaviour suggests she is motivated by financial gain rather than providing quality care. The requirement to pay in advance is also suspicious.

Great service and medical treatment friendly staff

Always friendly and welcoming staff. Professional on the phone and face-to-face. My doctor is amazing, professional, informative and always helpful with any issues. I always feel heard and am comfortable with the service they provide. Highly recommend.
