Tuesdays & Thursdays are not only Hydrotherapy, but Social as well. Thenasi is a bonus to Royal Rehab Lifeworks Cairns, he's so helpful, knowledgeable, knows & assists us with his craft, & certainly shows consideration care & thought to all types of folk, all with all different ailments. He listens to them, considers all. Chat can happen still doing Wster Weights or even walking backward, encouraging others, some not feeling so great, yet, look forward to Hydrotherapy catch up. Hope this assists L8festyle. In my opinion Thenasi deserves a pay rise for the positivity he creates. Onya Lifestyle. Maz

I have always been treated with respect and dignity. The exercise staff have all been exceptional and very experienced in their work. I would recommend Royal Rehab to any seniors who want to get fit and build up core strength.

Confusion seems to reign with those in charge of admin and customer service. If you don't like the fact that they have incorrect misleading information on your account, they do not like you saying so, as they will hang up on you. My local Royal Rehab is in Cairns, but the girl in the Brisbane office thought it would be in my best interest to gaslight me and keep me on the phone for 20 minutes doing so. Then when I got annoyed she hung on me. Customer service - ZERO
