Honestly. This place SAVED MY LIFE. The attention to detail in this place is incredible! The care and compassion that all the staff here especially ( Stefan, Ange , Danny , Kyle and somer) have made this stay absolutely one of kind. They tailor to what you need and what you want!, I’ve been to many different rehabs. But nothing will ever compare to this program.
Ive done 6 weeks and I feel ready to finally start my life and move on from this chapter. So a special thank you to Danny, Hayley, Ange, stefan, Kyle and somer for making this stay life changing. 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️ and the private chefs Stefan!!! His food it absolutely amazing!!!
I highly recommend and encourage Six Seasons to anyone who is going through a tough time and needs a reset!
I had previously been to another program and left early due to feeling regimented, dark and confused. After my time at Six Seasons I walked out of the door happy, rejuvenated, educated and in touch with the real me. The holistic health approach to Six Seasons is unrivalled and makes the stigma attached to "rehab" belong in the stone age!
Danny and his team of legends actually care. The whole program is catered to your needs and as adaptable as you need it to be.
From the location, awesome activities and the amazing food prepared by the beautiful Ange and Stef, you won't want to leave!
Special thanks to Danny, Kyle, Dee, Angie, Stefano, Richie and Serena love ya champions!

🌿 Six Seasons changed my life 🌿
I arrived at Six Seasons at a time I can only describe as a death of self — broken, lost, disconnected from my truth and barely holding on. What I experienced there was nothing short of a rebirth.
From the moment I stepped into the space they’ve created, I was met with compassion, integrity, and deep cultural and spiritual respect. The staff — every single one of them — held space for me with such care. I wasn’t just another person doing a program. I was seen, heard, and genuinely supported.
The therapists are phenomenal — wise, intuitive, and deeply trauma-informed. They helped me peel back layers I didn’t even know existed, guiding me to meet parts of myself I had buried long ago. Through powerful modalities, I re-learned how to breathe, feel, and live again.
It’s hard to explain the transformation that happens there — it’s not just about healing. It’s about remembering who you are underneath it all. I came in grieving a life I no longer recognised and left feeling more grounded, more connected, and more myself than I had in a long time.
Where my experience felt less clear was in the “continuing care” component. While I did receive some follow-up support (including journaling check-ins initially, and access to naturopath and nutritionist services for a few months), the ongoing 12-month aftercare described didn’t feel structured or clearly guided. Communication tapered off, and there wasn’t a consistent framework or clarity around what continued support would look like longer-term.
I share this not to take away from the depth of the in-house experience, which was incredibly impactful, but because ongoing integration support is such an important part of maintaining the work done in that environment.
To the staff: thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your dedication, empathy, and integrity do not go unnoticed. You are doing deeply meaningful work, and I’m truly grateful for the care and support you gave me during my time there.
If you are ready to do deep, honest work and reconnect with yourself, this place offers something truly powerful.
Forever grateful,
Racheal 💫

My name is Christine Cendrecourt and I am ETERNALLY GRATEFUL for the care I received at this wonderful facility. My addiction was not chemicals but suicide stemmed from childhood SA and PTSD. For 58 years living was just too hard and suicide and destructive rage ABSOLUTELY consumed me. That was then.….
The care is UNQUESTIONING and without prejudice
For the first time in my life I have felt and know what it feels like to be part of a family.
Let me list my family members
1. Ange Johnson my cuddle Queen always a shoulder for me to cry on... THANK YOU XX
2. Stefan Sanin the food that nourished my body nourished my soul, my BROTHER... THANK YOU XX
3. Deanne my precious squirrel such a gentle soul and a beautiful kind woman.
4. Kyle, Kristen, Richard and the BEAUTIFUL BETH with the glorious teeth and biggest heart.
Danny give them a PAYRISE for without them you would have nothing x
Six Seasons honestly came into my life at a time when I really needed it. I walked in feeling pretty lost and unsure of myself, but from day one the staff treated me with respect and understanding—no judgement, just genuine support.
What stood out the most was how real everything is. The people there actually care, and you can feel it. They don’t just tell you what you want to hear—they challenge you, support you, and help you face things properly. It wasn’t always easy, but it was exactly what I needed.
The sense of community was a big part of it for me too. Being around others going through similar struggles made me realise I wasn’t alone, and that made a huge difference mentally.
I’ve walked away from Six Seasons with a clearer head, better habits, and a lot more confidence in myself. It gave me tools I can actually use in everyday life, not just while I was there.
I’m really grateful for the experience and the people I met along the way
Six Seasons was a beautiful place to heal and get back to my best self.
Danny and Hayley did everything in their power to make sure that I achieved everything I set out too with my recovery.
I was skeptical at the start, but trusted the process and everything they put me through, and I have come out after 28 days the best I have ever felt.
The property is amazing, and the clinicians are so understanding and non judgemental.
The food was absolutely exceptional.
I couldn’t fault a thing.
I never knew a place like this existed and would highly recommend to anyone struggling with their mental health.
I didn’t want to leave !! Highly recommend.
They tried to make me leave rehab and I said 🎶 No! No! No!🎶(Thank you Amy Whinehouse, God rest your soul)
Let me tell you folks….Once you take the (Ice) Plunge and get here and let it RAIN you won't want to leave!! (But eventually you’ll have to) and when you do you will be ready to REALLY START LIVING!!
The staff at Six Seasons were uniquely picked and insanely perfect for the roles that they play on your recovery journey. I would tell you about their superpowers, but I recommend discovering their magic for yourself.
The amazing people that you meet in the house with you are all in the same sinking boat, we have all hit that big scary speed bump in the road. It is simply our coping methods that differ!
This program, if you follow it to the tee, will see that point of stagnation (that big hairy, suspension busting, speed bump) in your rear-view mirror. It will change the way you look at the world, change the way you look at yourself and and it will help you discover the best version of you! A happier, healthier you!
The most important thing I learned amongst many valuable lessons is that, once you strip away all the noise, jobs, houses, cars, kids, bills, phones, families and all of life’s beautiful but distracting aspects, is that we really, only have two things! …. Our breath… and this crazy underrated, undervalued thing called gratitude. If you take everything back to basics and just …..(slowly now) …. Breeeeeeeaaathe…..and show gratitude, feel gratitude and have gratitude for gratitude, you’ll find yourself back in the Driver seat of your life.
You will begin to realise you have merely been a passenger on your own journey!
Take back your life.
Take back the control of your actions.
Take back accountably for your actions.
Take back comfort in feeling all your feelings.
And beautiful reader….live free.
The one and only…Tanzi🫶
