Attending these meetings has been incredibly supportive of my recovery journey. They’ve helped me feel ok with my feeling and reminded me that I’m not alone in facing addiction. The tools provided are good, and the facilitators go above and beyond to support everyone’s individual needs with compassion and understanding. At first, I found the check-ins a bit intimidating, but now I genuinely appreciate their purpose. I’ve come to understand how important they areβ€”set a powerful tone and create a growth-focused mindset for the rest of the session. These meetings have become a vital part of my healing and transformation.

I am beyond disappointed with the appalling lack of customer service provided by this company. The product was shown as 'In Stock' on their store front when I purchased it, but nobody bothered to let me know that it was actually Out of Stock and would take months to allegedly be reprinted. After two months of trying to get in contact by phone and email I was finally told they would send out my order. I never received my order and was never provided with a refund. Im sure to them it might not be a lot of money, but for my family it was.

I've just completed the Smart Recovery Facilitator course and intend to continue as a facilitator to gain industry experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the course that was run by people who are clearly passionate about Smart Recovery. Looking forward to putting my skills to good use!!!!

I tried Narcotic Anonymous, one-on-one counselling, hypnotherapy, and of course willpower. None of it worked. I came to SMART Recovery in 2019 after hitting rock bottom and my entire life has changed. Thank you so much, you do amazing work! Please note: I am also currently a SMART facilitator which I do in a voluntary capacity. I believe in the work as it has changed my life and do this to continue supporting others.

A practical alternative to AA/NA by trained facilitators. Sessions can be face to face or online. Own goals at your own pace and great resources.
