Have needed to call the service to reschedule an appointment. 2nd time around doing this I have made them aware that their contact number listed does not go through no one picks up, they said they would fix this and when I tried to call multiple times over the past few days still the same thing occurring. I have sent messages …. No reply…. Please update the number or answer phones….. at the very least return peoples calls. How am I meant to reschedule an appointment or call the service to let you know I am unable to make the appointment. Please fix it .
