My 4 week stay at The Bay marked the beginning of my genuine recovery. After previously trying a number of alternatives, where I felt exploited when most vulnerable and where I felt my best interests were perhaps the second or third imperative in favour of economic gain, The Bay offered a high quality service that instilled great hope in me from the get go. The compassion and care offered throughout was exemplary as was the tailored and very well balanced program which finally allowed me to better understand my underlying issues, get my body moving again and reconnect with people on a genuine level. The latter saw me reconnect with my genuine self who had gone missing for a number of years. Combined, my four weeks at the bay provided me with a platform with which to build robust and sustainable recovery. I’ll forever be greatful
