Sobriety didn’t just change my life, it gave it back to me 🤍 Finding Rach and The Freedom Room came at a time when I felt lost, and it’s shown me a completely different way to live. It’s not always easy, but I’ve learned how to sit with discomfort instead of running from it, to take accountability, and to keep growing even when it’s hard. I’m becoming someone I’m actually proud of - more present, more honest, and more at peace. I couldn't have done it without the incredible program Rach has created. I could not recommend it enough. For the first time in a long time, my happiness feels real. And it’s something I’ve built, one day at a time.

The Freedom Room has made such a difference to my daughter, and I’m so grateful she’s found a place where she feels understood and supported, and has found freedom from alcohol. I see first-hand how much it’s helped her stay sober and the positive changes it’s made to her life. It’s also brought us closer and improved our relationship in such a meaningful way, which I’ll always be thankful for.

I’m currently doing the 12-week program at The Freedom Room. From the moment I started, I felt so welcomed. The community is just amazing - everyone is so kind, supportive, and genuinely gets it. You don’t feel judged at all, you just feel seen and understood, which makes such a difference when you’re trying to change your life. Rachel is incredible. She creates such a safe and supportive space for everyone, and you can really feel how much she cares. What makes it even more special is that she’s in recovery herself, so the support she gives comes from real understanding and lived experience, not just education or qualifications. Being surrounded by people who truly understand addiction because they’ve lived it makes such a difference. It’s not just a program, it feels like a place where you actually belong. For the first time, staying sober doesn’t feel like something I have to do alone, and that’s been everything for me.

I have recently worked through the 3 month program with The Freedom Room and am now continuing on with their monthly membership. Without Rach and the incredible people I meet with each week I know there would no way I would have not only become sober, but stuck to it by doing the work each and every day. If you are wanting to not only get rid of the way alcohol controls you but change your life for the better this is the place to do it!

I am so thankful for The Freedom Room. Whilst recently starting the program, I have discovered a diverse group of people with their own backgrounds, beliefs and stories. Guided by Rachel, you'll find no judgment here, only a place to drop your baggage and find yourself. All are welcome, and are welcomed by all.

I am finally sober thanks to the freedom room! The team is incredible and will help you through the toughest times with love, care and support. Without the freedom room, I would still be drinking.
