If you ever are forced to go somewhere because of illness or required rehabilitation this is, by far, the only place you want to be!! The most amazing nursing staff, physios and OT people ever. Nothing is too much drama and they will go out of their way to help you anyway they can. Extra special shout out to Kristin, Keeram, Laura who often went out of their way to assist me in more than just rehab. Thanks to each and every person that works at McKeller. I will always be extremely grateful for every one of you. Darren

I would not recommend this facility at all for inpatients. The INPATIENT rehabilitation services are underwhelming. Just 30 mins a day, Mon to Fri. Equipment is very basic - plinth beds, walking rails, a stationary bike, and a seldom used pool. They actively discourage most patients from getting into the pool, even though it would help them greatly. They don't even have a proper gym with strength/resistance training. You'd think that would be the first thing to invest in. I was told by the nurses to stay as long as required to recover, but management booted me out after 2 weeks despite my request to stay longer. Physios are very passionate, but that's about it. Don't expect any compassion from the management team - they're as cold as ice. About 80% of visitors and inpatients that I spoke with during my stay said the same thing.
