It was a great experience. I really enjoyed it and I felt fantastic afterwards and the lady at the front counter was so welcoming and explained everything and was a really lovely person.

Had a lovely experience at Rapid Recovery today. I booked an infrared sauna session while my kids attended the crèche. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the kids had a great time which made it easy for me to fully relax. The sauna was clean, calming and a really nice space to unwind. It was also such a treat to be able to have an uninterrupted adult conversation while knowing my kids were well looked after. Highly recommend, especially for parents looking for some time to recharge.
